Although you might think it with the bridge featured in the scenery, this picture was not taken in Pittsburgh. 🙂 Here’s Pap probably checking out the downtown area of Manila on the weekend, when he was off duty. He told me that downtown Manila was actually bigger than the City of Bridges. (Not sure if that’s really true, though…).
